Teaming Through outdoor Games
These are ideal for intra & inter team relationship building, team bonding & team Energisation. Programme duration would depend upon the clients need. Needs to be carried out at suitable venues.

Experiential Learning programmes
Programmes that are of 2 to 3 days duration at outdoor locations for leadership training, Intra-team & inter-team functional amelioration.

The learning tools include outward bound activities, outdoor and indoor games, questionnaires and case studies. Using the activities as tools, the focus is on the process that takes place during the activity. Post activity discussion assume great significance in the learning process. The learnings of different participants could be different The onus of learning entirely rests on the participants. The role of the faculty is only to the extent of providing a platform and opportunities for learning, guiding the discussions to keep them within the boundaries of learning focus area. For reasons of span of control and observations, the ratio between participants and faculty needs to be maintained at a maximum of 12:1.

Sales Training
Indoor programmes of duration of 2 to 4 days for media organizations, petroleum Sector and Account Mapping. The interventions could be a combination of role plays, case study, discussions and concept sessions. The focus would be more on generative learning rather than adaptive learning.

Communication & Presentation Skills
These indoor programmes can be carried out any conference hall having facilities of LCD projectors and video playbacks. The programme could be from 1 to 3 days duration, depending upon the need for coverage of various topics / aspects. The coverage will be a mix of concept inputs, process inputs, Role Plays and video feedbacks, (if required), corrective inputs.

Work / Life Balance, Personal & Interpersonal Effectiveness & Stress Management
This is a unique programme, which blends modern psychological approaches with ancient spiritual inputs from the east. These include interactive sessions, group work and different techniques of meditation. Duration of this workshop is 1 or 2 days.

Communicative English Training
This is aimed at equipping the participants with skills in written and spoken English. The duration could be in the range of 3 to 5 days depending upon the clients needs. The intake needs to be in the range of 12 to 15 participants for 1 faculty. The stress in coverage will be on exercises and practice sessions. Needs to be carried out in any conference hall with LCD projection.

Accent Neutralization & Customer Service for BPO
This programme would take the participants through parts of speech, phonetics, subject, verb agreement, grammar and aim at neutralizing regional accents into internationally accepted ones.

The customer service modules will be specifically aimed at teaching agents for the BPO sector, skills in handling overseas customers through proper etiquette in a professional manner by providing 100% customer satisfaction on calls and thereby increasing c-sat scores. The faculty for these programmes is from the BPO sector.

Etiquette & Social Graces
Mostly of 1 day duration. The focus will be on Etiquette, Introductions, Visiting Cards, Dress, Grooming, Cocktails & Dinner Manners etc. Can be carried out in any hotel having conference hall facilities. One cocktail / dinner for all participants will have to form part of the programme.
